Commentary, analysis, data, theory, questions, and policy recommendations on economic development issues impacting Denver and the Rocky Mountain West from the perspective of a native Coloradan who has been living on the American coasts but retains a connection to Colorado (and is a life long Colorado Buffaloes and Denver Broncos fan).
I was born in Boulder, Colorado and attended Boulder High School. I have a Master of Public Policy degree from the University of California at Berkeley and BA in Economics and Political Science from Tufts University in Massachusetts. I have worked for wireless telecommunication carriers, a public policy consulting company and for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. I co-authored the urban archeology and cinematic history book: "Footsteps in the Fog: Alfred Hitchcock’s San Francisco," published by Santa Monica press in 2002.
I relocated to the Denver Metro Area, my hometown region, from the New York Metro Area in 2011. I had lived away from Colorado (on the coasts) for 21 years
